Simulation enabled transformation
We are building a consortia of clinical leaders, academics and industry partners. The objective is to co-develop a transformation enabling software platform and service offering. The platform uses simulation to explore and enable the re-design of care pathways for cohorts of citizens/ patients with multi-morbidity Long Term Conditions at the population level.
