QPT+1 Pulse Leadership Feedback & Alignment Tool

The Quick Prioritisation Tool (QPT) is a leadership self assessment and feedback survey with a unique approach to prioritising needs. The survey instantly generates personalised reports which include practical development content. It can be easily deployed at scale and is accessible to users on any mobile or desktop device.

The QPT Self Report and QPT+1 Feedback Report work seamlessly together to give any leader practical insights they can use in 1:1 development discussions at any time. It has been used in Primary Care, NHS Trust Hospitals, Integrated Care Partnerships, and partner organisations such as Local Authorities and Charities.

About

Kings Fund and CQC research shows that there is a clear positive impact on the quality of patient care when a health or care organisation is well led. Our experience working with NHS clients is that clinical or managerial leaders struggle to find time for their own development. It is hard to identify their needs, and often the result is untargetted training that is poorly attended. Our tested QPT reports are designed to identify the capabilities that are most important, and to drive quality development conversations in the workplace.

They are an agile alternative to a traditional 360 feedback report. Key features include:
