About

Baywater Healthcare provides a range of telehealth services including triage, supply of equipment with service and maintenance and in-home patient support. We offer a range of long-term conditions monitoring and adapt our services to meet the changing needs of the NHS. Our latest innovation includes the introduction of a COVID-19 Virtual Ward.We offer the support of our implementation team to ensure the service is embedded efficiently. We work with our customers to agree on implementation timescales to suit their needs. We have experience of rapid implementation including setting up a large COVID-19 Virtual Ward within two weeks. Our solution supports the NHS through faster patient interventions, reducing risk to patient health. Once the patient has entered their data, it is assessed against expectations with concerns highlighted for intervention via our alert system. By ensuring these interventions are implemented early, patients receive the appropriate care at the right time. Within our COVID Virtual Ward, this led to a higher chance of survival and quicker recovery time, with an average of 4-5 days in hospital compared to a national average of 15 days between March 2020 and September 2020.Our telehealth service supports the NHS Long-Term Plan for digitally-enabled care. Our service promotes self-management, reducing pressures on NHS services.
